As many of you know, the ULSU offers a Health and Dental plan to all undergraduate students! Some of you may not know what this service covers though, so here is the quick rundown of what our Health and Dental plan covers for you!
Vision (80%)*
- Up to $100 every 24 months
Prescription Drugs (80%)*
- No Limit
Dental (50%-75%)*
- Up to $750 every 12 months

You can also opt out of the dental plan before September 23 through www.uleth.ca/bridge or by filling out an opt out form (http://www.ulsu.ca/userfile/file/OptOutWaiver.pdf) and bringing it by the Students’ Union office (SU 180).
